Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Choose Create profile, then select Job seeker or Employer. Use the available sign-in options or register with your email. Employer representatives should use accurate company information and have permission to recruit.
Create an account →I have not received my verification email. What can I do?
Check junk/spam and confirm your account email is correct. You can request a new link from your workspace. If messages still do not arrive, email hello@opendoor.network with your account email and the time of your request. Never send your password, verification link or authenticator code. Verification is required before applying or submitting vacancies.
Open my workspace →How do I change my preferred job market?
Use Job market at the top of the website to change the country you are browsing. Save a preferred job market in your profile for your account default. Location in search refers to the job’s city or area; it is separate from nationality and work permission.
Edit my profile →Can I use another sign-in method for my existing account?
Open Account sign-in settings from your workspace. Connecting another sign-in method to an existing account requires confirmation of your account password. Accounts are not merged automatically just because an email address matches.
Account sign-in settings →Do I need to fill in my details for every application?
Create one reusable profile with your skills, experience and résumé. Review it when applying, then answer any questions specific to the vacancy. Each submitted application keeps a snapshot of the information you sent at that time.
Complete my profile →Where can I see application progress?
Your workspace lists submitted applications and the latest status updated by the employer. Employers decide when to review or respond, so the portal cannot guarantee an interview or a response time.
View my applications →Why are there no jobs in my search?
OpenDoor is welcoming its first employers, and some searches may have no vacancies yet. Try fewer keywords or a broader location. You can create your profile now and return to browse new listings. We do not create sample vacancies that look like real jobs.
Search jobs →How does the salary comparison work?
The salary tool uses dated official wage statistics, with the source, reference period and coverage shown. It is not a live quote or a prediction of your individual salary. Compare duties, pay period and benefits before choosing your own asking range.
Check salary benchmarks →How do I publish a vacancy?
Create an employer account and company profile, verify your email and submit a vacancy with a salary range, currency, location and requirements. A platform administrator reviews company and vacancy details before eligible jobs appear publicly.
Create an employer account →Can HR managers filter applications?
Authorised company team members can filter a vacancy’s applications by job-related skills, experience keywords and recruitment stage. Access is limited to their company. Employers remain responsible for fair, lawful hiring decisions.
Open the hiring workspace →Can I connect my HR system or AI client?
Company admins and authorised HR managers can create an expiring connection with selected permissions. Your HR provider must support the connection format and be authorised to process the data. An API being available does not mean every HR vendor is already connected. Revoke unused access promptly.
Manage connections →Can AI help me complete my profile?
Yes. Inside your profile, choose Help me write with AI. Share notes about your experience, answer any follow-up questions, then review and edit the suggested fields. Your profile changes only when you explicitly save the reviewed updates.
Open my profile →Is W Creates AI always accurate?
AI can make mistakes. Please review and verify important information before use. Do not invent qualifications or experience, and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. AI does not rank applicants or make hiring decisions for you.
Explore AI assistance →Is there a limit on basic AI assistance?
Basic AI assistance has a daily allowance and depends on service availability. The tool shows its current allowance. Reaching a limit does not create a paid subscription or automatically charge your account.
Open W Creates AI →How do I stop marketing emails?
Marketing is optional. Change Email preferences, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact hello@opendoor.network. Stopping marketing does not disable necessary account, security or application messages.
Email preferences →How do I report a suspicious company or vacancy?
Email hello@opendoor.network with the vacancy link, company name and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, full identity documents or financial details. Do not pay someone to secure a job. Company review is a safeguard, not a guarantee that every offer is legitimate.
How do I access, correct or request deletion of my data?
Edit your profile for routine updates and use Download my account data in your workspace for the available export. For access, correction, closure or deletion requests, email hello@opendoor.network with Privacy in the subject. We may need proportionate identity verification and will explain applicable legal restrictions.
Read the Privacy Notice →Are job-seeker accounts free?
Creating a candidate profile and applying are free at launch. A paid candidate account is not currently offered. Any future paid feature must show its price and terms before you choose to buy.
View plans →Why can I not upgrade an employer plan yet?
Paid employer plans are not available for purchase while the paid launch is paused. Planned features and indicative prices do not activate a subscription. Use the free features currently available or contact support with questions.
